We are proud to spotlight Aniah Cosby, the first Alabama A&M University student to earn the National Retail Federation (NRF) Bright Futures Scholarship! This prestigious honor granted her an all-expenses-paid opportunity to attend the 2026 NRF Foundation Student Program in New York City, where she networked with top retail recruiters and industry leaders.

Aniah is a true campus leader, serving as:

• President, Girls Who Code

• PR Chair, National Society of Black Engineers

• Member, Eta Kappa Tau Engineering Fraternity

• Member, Southern Belles

• Member, AAMU Gospel Choir

She will graduate in May 2026 and plans to become a cyber analyst, with the goal of returning to her community to teach computer science and expand access for young Black students. Aniah is also committed to pouring back into I’m H.I.P. (Have Intellectual Potential) to inspire the next generation of Black girls in STEM.

Her journey is a testament to perseverance, purpose, and standing confidently in your potential.
